
Donna Bradley-Gentry, FNP-C
Donna Bradley-Gentry is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years of nursing experience. She is committed to providing care for patients of all ages, from newborn to 90+. Her scope of practice includes preventative care, acute care, stable chronic illnesses, weight loss management and testosterone replacement therapy. She enjoys developing a rapport with individuals and their families, listening to their needs and developing a treatment plan alongside them as a team. Supervised by Dr. Michael R. Jackson, Donna has been an Advanced Practice Provider at Sparks Clinic for 9 years.
Raised in Florida, Donna began her nursing career at Lee Memorial Hospital in Ft. Myers, Florida, and moved to Texas in 1991. Throughout her nursing career she has worked at both Medical City Hospital in Dallas and Zale Lipshy University Hospital. As a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington Masters Program in the Science of Nursing, Donna obtained her Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2002. She has worked in both Family Practice and Pediatric Practice settings.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Milo and Ember. Other activities includes hiking, biking, spending time in her butterfly garden, and reading a variety of books.
